How discounts and free gifts will be applied

During the busy Black Friday period, delivery may be subject to delays, however we aim to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

We will not be processing amendments to orders over the busy Black Friday period between Thursday 20th November to Tuesday 2nd December 2025. Order amendments will resume from the 3rd December 2025 onwards.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that you return the product to us at least half-full within 30 days after the date that you placed your order.  If the value of your return makes your spend below the threshold of €150 or €200 or €300 (depending which offer is applicable at the time of purchase), then the free gift must also be sent back to us so we can fully process your return. If the free gift is not returned, the price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
